 प्रदेश के मेडिकल कॉलेजों में संविदा पर कार्य कर रहे प्रोफेसरो के लिए खुशखबरी , बढ़ गया मानदेय , पढ़े पूरी खबर 

 मेडिकल कॉलेजों में संविदा पर कार्यरत चिकित्सा शिक्षकों के लिए अच्छी खबर है। प्रदेश सरकार ने चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग के मानदेय बढ़ोतरी के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह प्रस्ताव मंगलवार को कैबिनेट बाई सर्कुलेशन को भेजे गए प्रस्तावों में शामिल था।

वर्ष 2019 के बाद इन चिकित्सा शिक्षकों के मानदेय में बढ़ोतरी होगी। असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर और प्रोफेसर तीनों श्रेणियों में मानदेय बढ़ाया गया है। प्रदेश में नये मेडिकल कॉलेज खोले गए हैं लेकिन चिकित्सा शिक्षकों की खासी कमी है। वहीं स्टाफ के अधूरे मानकों के चलते एनएमसी ने प्रदेश के 13 नये सरकारी कॉलेजों को अभी मान्यता भी नहीं दी है। इस फैसले के खिलाफ इन मेडिकल कॉलेजों द्वारा एनएमसी में अपील दाखिल की जा रही है। इसे लेकर मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जेपी नड्डा से बात भी की थी। कम मानदेय के कारण भी चिकित्सा शिक्षक नहीं मिल रहे थे। इसके बाद स्थिति में बदलाव होगा।

2.20 लाख तक होगा

अब असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर को 90 हजार की जगह 1.20 लाख, एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर को 1.20 लाख की जगह अब 1.60 लाख और प्रोफेसर को 1.35 लाख की जगह 2.20 लाख रुपये प्रतिमाह मानदेय के रूप में मिलेंगे। जल्द इस संबंध में शासनादेश जारी होगा।

There is good news for medical teachers working on contract in medical colleges. The state government has approved the proposal of the Medical Education Department to increase the honorarium. This proposal was included in the proposals sent to the Cabinet by Circulation on Tuesday.

After the year 2019, the honorarium of these medical teachers will increase. Honorarium has been increased in all three categories of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor. New medical colleges have been opened in the state but there is a huge shortage of medical teachers. At the same time, due to incomplete standards of staff, NMC has not yet recognized 13 new government colleges of the state. An appeal is being filed in NMC by these medical colleges against this decision. Chief Minister Yogi had also talked to Union Health Minister JP Nadda regarding this. Medical teachers were not being found due to low honorarium. After this, the situation will change.

It will be up to 2.20 lakhs

Now the assistant professor will get 1.20 lakhs instead of 90 thousand, the associate professor will get 1.60 lakhs instead of 1.20 lakhs and the professor will get 2.20 lakhs instead of 1.35 lakhs as honorarium per month. A government order will be issued in this regard soon.
