हाई कोर्ट ने लगाई इलाहाबाद केंद्रीय विवि से सम्बन्ध डिग्री कॉलेज में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर कॉमर्स भर्ती पर रोक , पढ़े पूरी खबर
हाईकोर्ट ने इलाहाबाद केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय से संबद्ध इलाहाबाद डिग्री कॉलेज में 28 नवंबर 2022 के विज्ञापन के तहत जारी कॉमर्स के असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की चयन प्रक्रिया पर रोक लगा दी है। साथ ही इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से याचिका पर एक सप्ताह में जवाब मांगा है।
यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति सुभाष विद्यार्थी ने हिमांशु कुमार पांडेय की याचिका पर उनके अधिवक्ता देवांशु मिश्र, इविवि के अधिवक्ता कुणाल रवि सिंह और एडीसी के अधिवक्ता अंकुर अग्रवाल को सुनकर दिया है। याचिका में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर पद की नियुक्ति के बाबत साक्षात्कार की शार्ट लिस्टिंग प्रक्रिया की वैधानिकता को चुनौती दी गई है। कहा गया है कि यूजीसी के रेगुलेशन 2018 के तहत असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर भर्ती के मानक निर्धारित हैं। इन मानकों के अनुसार मास्टर डिग्री या समकक्ष डिग्री में 55 फीसदी अंक अर्हता रखी गई है।
याची का कहना है कि उसके पास बीकॉम के साथ एमबीए की डिग्री भी है जो परास्नातक के समकक्ष मान्य है। याचिका में बीएचयू में जारी विज्ञापन का हवाला देते हुए कहा गया है कि शार्टलिस्ट में कुछ अभ्यर्थियों को सामान्य व ओबीसी में भी रखा गया है, जो सही नहीं है। विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से कहा गया कि यदि याची की बात मान भी ली जाए तो उसे 80 प्रतिशत अंक मिलेंगे और सामान्य श्रेणी का कटऑफ 81 प्रतिशत अंक हैं। इस कारण याची को साक्षात्कार में बुलाया नहीं जा सकता । याची की ओर से कहा गया कि एक ही अभ्यर्थी को सामान्य व आरक्षित वर्ग में रखना सही नहीं है। इससे कटऑफ में फर्क आ सकता है और याची के कटऑफ की सीमा में आने की संभावना है। एक मामले में विश्वविद्यालय ने साक्षात्कार में शामिल कराया भी है लेकिन परिणाम पर रोक लगा रखी है। ऐसी स्थिति में याची को भी साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने दिया जाए। या जब तक शार्टलिस्ट की वैधता तय नहीं हो जाती, तब तक चयन प्रक्रिया पर रोक लगाई जाए। अगली सुनवाई के लिए 5 अगस्त की तारीख लगाई गई है।

The High Court has stayed the selection process of Assistant Professor of Commerce issued under the advertisement of 28 November 2022 in Allahabad Degree College affiliated to Allahabad Central University. Also, Allahabad University has been asked to respond to the petition within a week.
This order has been given by Justice Subhash Vidyarthi after hearing the petition of Himanshu Kumar Pandey by his advocate Devanshu Mishra, IVV advocate Kunal Ravi Singh and ADC advocate Ankur Aggarwal. In the petition, the legality of the shortlisting process of interview regarding the appointment of Assistant Professor post has been challenged. It has been said that under the Regulation 2018 of UGC, standards for recruitment of Assistant Professor have been set. According to these standards, 55 per cent marks in Master's degree or equivalent degree has been kept as eligibility. The petitioner says that he also has an MBA degree along with B.Com which is valid equivalent to Masters. Citing the advertisement issued in BHU, the petition states that some candidates have also been kept in General and OBC in the shortlist, which is not correct. The university said that even if the petitioner's argument is accepted, he will get 80 percent marks and the cutoff for general category is 81 percent. Due to this, the petitioner cannot be called for interview. The petitioner said that it is not right to keep the same candidate in general and reserved category. This can make a difference in the cutoff and there is a possibility of the petitioner coming within the cutoff limit. In one case, the university has even made the candidate appear for the interview but has put a stay on the result. In such a situation, the petitioner should also be allowed to appear for the interview. Or the selection process should be put on hold until the validity of the shortlist is decided. The date for the next hearing has been fixed as August 5.
