 BPSC TRE 3.0 :: आज से शुरू होगी तीसरे चरण की अध्यापक नियुक्ति परीक्षा , जाने परीक्षा से सम्बंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारिया 

टीआरई-3 शुक्रवार से शुरू हो रही है। पहले दिन 19 जुलाई को 27 जिलों के 404 केंद्रों पर एकल पाली में दोपहर 12:00 से 2:00 बजे तक परीक्षा होगी। उस दिन शिक्षा विभाग के मध्य विद्यालय (कक्षा छह से आठ) में गणित एवं विज्ञान, सामाजिक विज्ञान, हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, संस्कृत एवं उर्दू विषयों में नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा में शामिल होंगे। संयुक्त सचिव सह परीक्षा नियंत्रक सत्यप्रकाश शर्मा ने बताया कि अभ्यर्थियों को केंद्र में प्रवेश की अनुमति परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने की अवधि से एक घंटा पहले तक ही दी जाएगी।

 जबकि ढाई घंटे पहले से केंद्र में प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी। आयोग की वेबसाइट पर परीक्षा से जुड़े नियमों व सावधानियों के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी अपलोड है। 20 जुलाई को 312, 21 को 288 तथा 22 को पहली पाली में आठ जिलों के 121 एवं द्वितीय पाली में दो जिलों के 29 केंद्रों पर परीक्षा होगी। तृतीय चरण की अध्यापक नियुक्ति परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए पांच लाख 81 हजार से अधिक अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किए हैं। इनके बीच माध्यम से 87 हजार 774 पदों पर नियुक्ति होनी है। सूत्रों के अनुसार प्राथमिक के 28 हजार 26 पदों के लिए एक लाख 60 हजार 644, मध्य विद्यालयो में 19,645 पदों के लिए दो लाख 13 हजार 940, माध्यमिक के 16 हजार 970 पदों के लिए एक लाख 44 हजार 735 तथा उच्च माध्यमिक के 2 हजार 373 पदों के लिए 61 हजार 986 अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किए हैं। 09 से 22 जुलाई तक राज्य के 27 जिलों में 404 केंद्रों पर परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। ई-प्रवेश पत्र आयोग की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड है। अभ्यर्थियों को आवंटित परीक्षा केंद्र की जानकारी 17 जुलाई से उनके डैशबोर्ड के माध्यम से मिलेगी। परीक्षा केंद्रों पर कई स्तर की जांच से अभ्यर्थियों को गुजरना होगा। सबसे पहले ई-प्रवेश पत्र को स्कैन कर संबंधित अभ्यर्थी की जांच की जाएगी। जिन अभ्यर्थियों की बायोमीट्रिक पहचान मैच नहीं करेगी, उनकी अलग से जांच की जाएगी। सभी केंद्र इसकी जानकारी तत्काल डीएम और आयोग कार्यालय में बने कंट्रोल रूम में संबंधित अधिकारी को देंगे।

क्या है नार्मलाइजेशन विधि 

पटना साइंस कालेज के डा. अशोक कुमार झा ने बताया कि जब एक ही परीक्षा कई सेट के प्रश्नों से संचालित की जाती है तो उसका परिणाम नार्मलाइजेशन विधि से तैयार किया जाता है। इस विधि में परिणाम अंक की बजाय परसेंटाइल पर जारी किया जाता है। एक सेट से परीक्षा देने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों के अधिकतम अंक और कुल अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या के आधार पर परसेंटाइल तैयार किया जाता है। सभी सेट के अलग-अलग परसेंटाइल निकालकर परिणाम जारी किया जाता है। एनटीए, एसएससी सहित तमाम परीक्षा एजेंसियां एक ही परीक्षा अलग-अलग पाली या सेट से संचालित करती हैं तो इसका उपयोग प्रश्नों की कठिनता को सामान्य करने के लिए करती है।

The recruitment examination (TRE-3) is starting from Friday. On the first day, 19 July, the examination will be held in a single shift from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at 404 centers in 27 districts. On that day, candidates will appear for the examination for appointment in Mathematics and Science, Social Science, Hindi, English, Sanskrit and Urdu subjects in the Middle School (Class Six to Eight) of the Education Department. Joint Secretary cum Controller of Examination Satyaprakash Sharma said that candidates will be allowed to enter the center only one hour before the start of the examination. While entry into the center will be allowed two and a half hours before. Detailed information about the rules and precautions related to the examination is uploaded on the Commission's website. The examination will be held on 20 July at 312 centers, on 21 July at 288 centers and on 22 July at 121 centers in eight districts in the first shift and 29 centers in two districts in the second shift. More than five lakh 81 thousand candidates have applied to appear in the third phase of teacher recruitment examination. Among these, 87 thousand 774 posts are to be filled through this medium. According to sources, 1 lakh 60 thousand 644 candidates have applied for 28 thousand 26 posts in primary, 2 lakh 13 thousand 940 for 19,645 posts in middle schools, 1 lakh 44 thousand 735 for 16 thousand 970 posts in secondary and 61 thousand 986 candidates have applied for 2 thousand 373 posts in higher secondary. The examination will be conducted from 09 to 22 July at 404 centers in 27 districts of the state. E-admit card is uploaded on the website of the commission. Candidates will get information about the allotted examination center through their dashboard from 17 July. Candidates will have to undergo several levels of verification at the examination centers. First of all, the e-admit card will be scanned and the concerned candidate will be verified. Candidates whose biometric identity does not match will be verified separately. All the centers will immediately inform the DM and the concerned officer in the control room in the commission office.

What is the normalization method?

Dr. Ashok Kumar Jha of Patna Science College said that when the same exam is conducted with questions from multiple sets, then its result is prepared by the normalization method. In this method, the result is released on percentile instead of marks. Percentile is prepared on the basis of maximum marks of all the candidates appearing in the exam from one set and the total number of candidates. The result is released by extracting separate percentiles of all the sets. All the examination agencies including NTA, SSC conduct the same exam in different shifts or sets and then use it to normalize the difficulty of the questions.
