Neet UG Supreme Court :: दोबारा से नहीं होगी परीक्षा आयोजित , नतीजे होंगे दोबारा से जारी , सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिए आदेश , पढ़े पूरी खबर
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को दोबारा नीट कराने का आदेश देने से इनकार कर दिया। कोर्ट ने कहा कि इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं कि पेपर लीक हुआ, लेकिन इसके साक्ष्य नहीं है कि इसका दायरा व्यापक था। वहीं, परीक्षा में परमाणु से संबंधित एक सवाल के सही जवाब को लेकर आईआईटी दिल्ली की रिपोर्ट स्वीकार करते हुए अदालत ने संशोधित परिणाम जारी करने के आदेश दिए।
मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि रिकॉर्ड में मौजूद आंकड़े पेपर कै व्यवस्थित लीक होने का संकेत नहीं देते। ऐसे में दोबारा नीट का आदेश देना उचित नहीं होगा। शीर्ष अदालत ने पेपर लीक और अनियमितता के आरोप में नीट-यूजी दोबारा आयोजित कराने की मांग को लेकर दाखिल करीब 40 याचिकाओं पर यह फैसला दिया है। हजारीबाग और पटना में पेपर लीक हुआ : शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि इसमें कोई विवाद नहीं है कि नीट यूजी 2024 का पेपर झारखंड के हजारीबाग और बिहार के पटना में लीक हुआ । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि इस मसले पर हमने 4 दिनों से अधिक समय तक सभी पक्षों, यहां तक कि मामले की जांच कर रही सीबीआई के संयुक्त निदेशक के पक्ष को भी विस्तार से सुना । मामले की जांच अपने पास स्थानांतरित किए जाने के बाद से सीबीआई ने अब तक छह रिपोर्टें पेश की हैं।
विकल्प - 4 सही उत्तर :
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नीट में परमाणु से संबंधित एक सवाल के सही उत्तर को लेकर आईआईटी दिल्ली के विशेषज्ञों की रिपोर्ट स्वीकार कर ली। विशेषज्ञों ने विकल्प-4 को सही उत्तर बताया है। शीर्ष अदालत के आदेश पर आईआईटी ने तीन विशेषज्ञों की टीम का गठन किया था। अदालत ने एनटीए को विकल्प - 4 को सही उत्तर मानते हुए संशोधित परिणाम जारी करने का आदेश दिया। इससे 4.22 लाख छात्रों के परिणाम प्रभावित होंगे।
दाखिले के बाद भी दागी छात्र बख्शे नहीं जाएंगे:
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने किसी भी तरह के कदाचार के जरिए दाखिला लेने वाले छात्रों पर कार्रवाई करने को कहा है। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि यदि आगे की जांच में लाभार्थियों की संख्या बढ़ती है तो काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बावजूद ऐसे किसी भी छात्र पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। पीठ ने कहा कि दागी छात्रों को बेदाग छात्रों से आसानी से अलग किया जा सकता है।
40 याचिकाओं पर लंबी सुनवाई के बाद कोर्ट ने यह फैसला लिया
155 छात्रों को लाभ हुआ
मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने कहा कि मामले की जांच अभी जारी है। सीबीआई ने संकेत दिया कि अब तक जमा साक्ष्यों से पता चलता है कि हजारीबाग और पटना के केंद्रों से चुने गए 155 छात्रों को पेपर लीक या धोखाधड़ी का लाभ हुआ है।
सुनवाई के दौरान शीर्ष अदालत ने क्या कहा
1. दोबारा परीक्षा कराने से 23 लाख से अधिक छात्रों पर गंभीर परिणाम होंगे।
2. मेडिकल पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश कार्यक्रम पूरी तरह से बिगड़
जाएगा।
3. चिकित्सा शिक्षा के पाठ्यक्रम पर प्रभाव भी पड़ेगा।
4. भविष्य में चिकित्सा पेशेवरों की उपलब्धता पर प्रभाव पड़ेगा।
5. नए सिरे से परीक्षा आयोजित कराने के लिए एनटीए को आदेश देने की मांग की गई।
6. याचिकाओं में परीक्षा के संचालन की प्रक्रिया में भी खामी होने का आरोप लगाया गया।

The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to order a re-conduct of NEET. The court said that there is no doubt that the paper was leaked, but there is no evidence that its scope was wide. At the same time, accepting the report of IIT Delhi regarding the correct answer to a question related to nuclear in the examination, the court ordered the release of revised results. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said that the data on record does not indicate a systematic leak of the paper. In such a situation, it would not be appropriate to order a re-conduct of NEET. The apex court has given this decision on about 40 petitions filed demanding re-conduct of NEET-UG on allegations of paper leak and irregularities. Paper leaked in Hazaribagh and Patna: The apex court said that there is no dispute that the NEET UG 2024 paper was leaked in Hazaribagh in Jharkhand and Patna in Bihar. The Supreme Court said that on this issue, we heard in detail all the parties, even the side of the Joint Director of CBI investigating the matter, for more than 4 days. The CBI has submitted six reports so far since the investigation of the case was transferred to it.
Option - 4 is the correct answer: The Supreme Court accepted the report of experts from IIT Delhi regarding the correct answer to a question related to nuclear in NEET. Experts have said that option-4 is the correct answer. On the orders of the apex court, IIT had formed a team of three experts. The court ordered the NTA to release the revised result considering option-4 as the correct answer. This will affect the results of 4.22 lakh students.
Tainted students will not be spared even after admission:
The Supreme Court has asked to take action against students who get admission through any kind of malpractice. The apex court said that if the number of beneficiaries increases in further investigation, then action will be taken against any such student even after the counseling process is completed. The bench said that tainted students can be easily separated from clean students.

155 students benefited
The Chief Justice said that the investigation of the case is still going on. The CBI indicated that the evidence submitted so far shows that 155 students selected from the centers of Hazaribagh and Patna have benefited from paper leak or cheating.

1. Re-examination will have serious consequences for more than 23 lakh students.
2. The admission program in medical courses will be completely disrupted.
3. The curriculum of medical education will also be affected.
4. The availability of medical professionals will be affected in future.
5. A demand was made to order the NTA to conduct the examination afresh.
6. The petitions also alleged flaws in the process of conducting the examination.
