 NTA NEET UG SCAM :: सुप्रीम कोर्ट का NTA को सख्त निर्देश , 20 जून तक केन्द्रवार जारी करे परीक्षा के परिणाम , पढ़े पूरी खबर 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी (एनटीए) को शनिवार दोपहर 12 बजे तक नीट-यूजी- 2024 के सभी अभ्यर्थियों की पहचान बताए बगैर शहर व केंद्रवार नतीजे अपनी वेबसाइट पर जारी करने का निर्देश दिया। दोबारा परीक्षा की मांग पर शीर्ष कोर्ट ने कहा कि ऐसा तभी संभव है, जब यह साबित हो जाए कि संपूर्ण परीक्षा की पवित्रता प्रभावित हुई है। परीक्षा रद्द करने, दोबारा परीक्षा कराने और अदालत की निगरानी में अनियमितता की जांच की मांग वाली याचिकाओं पर शीर्ष कोर्ट 22 जुलाई को सुनवाई करेगा।

मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़, जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला और जस्टिस मनोज मिश्रा की पीठ ने अभ्यर्थियों के वकील नरेंद्र हुड्डा से पेपरलीक, परीक्षा को रद्द करने व दोबारा कराने समेत इसके आयोजन में व्यापक अनियमितताओं के दावों को स्थापित करने के लिए कहा। पीठ ने कहा, प्रथमदृष्टया पेपरलीक की बात पटना और हजारीबाग तक सीमित है। गुजरात के गोधरा में ऐसी किसी घटना का जिक्र नहीं है। गोधरा में दावा किया गया कि परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाले एक व्यक्ति ने कुछ उम्मीदवारों की ओएमआर शीट भरने के लिए पैसे लिए थे। हुड्डा ने कहा, अभ्यर्थी असहाय स्थिति में हैं, क्योंकि न तो सीबीआई की स्टेटस रिपोर्ट उनके साथ साझा की गई है, न ही पूरे परिणाम प्रकाशित किए गए हैं। इस पर पीठ ने कहा, सीबीआई मामले की जांच कर रही है। सीबीआई ने जो बताया, अगर अभी हम खुलासा करेंगे, तो जांच प्रभावित होगी और मामले में शामिल लोग सतर्क हो जाएंगे। पीठ ने सीबीआई जांच शुरू होने से पहले बिहार पुलिस की ओर से जुटाई गई सामग्री और आर्थिक अपराध शाखा की रिपोर्ट 20 जुलाई को शाम पांच बजे तक दाखिल करने का भी निर्देश दिया।

केंद्र की चिंता पर शीर्ष कोर्ट ने कहा- नतीजों में जाहिर न हो पहचान

सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने केंद्रवार परिणाम जारी करने के निर्देश का विरोध किया। इस पर सीजेआई ने कहा, पटना और हजारीबाग के केंद्रों पर पेपर लीक होने की बात स्वीकार की गई है। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि लीक उन्हीं केंद्रों तक सीमित रहा या अन्य शहरों और केंद्रों तक फैला, परिणामों के संपूर्ण डाटा का विश्लेषण महत्वपूर्ण है। मेहता ने छात्रों की गोपनीयता के बारे में चिंता जताई, तो पीठ ने सुझाव दिया कि पहचान छिपाने के लिए डमी रोल नंबर आवंटित किए जा सकते हैं।

सॉल्वर मॉड्यूल से जुड़े पटना एम्स के चार मेडिकल छात्र गिरफ्तार पटना। नीट पेपरलीक मामले की जांच कर रही सीबीआई ने पटना एम्स के चार मेडिकल छात्रों 2021 बैच के चंदन कुमार, राहुल, करण जैन व 2022 बैच के कुमार शानू को गिरफ्तार किया है। चारों सॉल्वर मॉड्यूल के सदस्य हैं। केंद्रीय एजेंसी ने सभी के कमरे सील कर लैपटॉप व मोबाइल जब्त कर लिए हैं। विशेष कोर्ट ने उन्हें 4 दिन की सीबीआई हिरासत में भेजा है। सीबीआई ने यह कार्रवाई राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान जमशेदपुर के 2017 बैच के सिविल इंजीनियर पंकज कुमार उर्फ आदित्य को हजारीबाग में गिरफ्तार किए जाने के दो दिन बाद की।

The Supreme Court directed the National Examination Agency (NTA) to release the city and center-wise results of all the NEET-UG-2024 candidates on its website by 12 noon on Saturday without revealing their identity. On the demand for re-examination, the apex court said that this is possible only if it is proved that the sanctity of the entire examination has been affected. The apex court will hear on July 22 the petitions seeking cancellation of the examination, re-examination and investigation of irregularities under the supervision of the court.

A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra asked the candidates' counsel Narendra Hooda to establish the claims of widespread irregularities in the conduct of the examination, including paper leak, cancellation and re-conduct of the examination. The bench said, prima facie the matter of paper leak is limited to Patna and Hazaribagh. There is no mention of any such incident in Godhra, Gujarat. In Godhra, it was claimed that a person conducting the examination had taken money to fill the OMR sheet of some candidates. Hooda said, the candidates are in a helpless situation, as neither the status report of CBI has been shared with them, nor the complete results have been published. On this, the bench said, CBI is investigating the matter. If we disclose what CBI has told now, the investigation will be affected and people involved in the case will become alert. The bench also directed to file the material collected by Bihar Police and the report of Economic Offenses Wing by 5 pm on July 20 before the start of CBI investigation.

On the concern of the Center, the apex court said - identity should not be revealed in the results

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta opposed the direction to release the results center-wise. On this, the CJI said, the paper leak at the centers of Patna and Hazaribagh has been accepted. To ensure whether the leak was limited to those centers or spread to other cities and centers, analysis of the complete data of the results is important. When Mehta raised concern about the privacy of the students, the bench suggested that dummy roll numbers can be allotted to hide the identity.

Four medical students of Patna AIIMS linked to solver module arrested Patna. The CBI, which is investigating the NEET paper leak case, has arrested four medical students of Patna AIIMS - Chandan Kumar, Rahul, Karan Jain of 2021 batch and Kumar Sanu of 2022 batch. All four are members of the solver module. The central agency has sealed the rooms of all and seized laptops and mobiles. The special court has sent them to CBI custody for 4 days. The CBI took this action two days after Pankaj Kumar alias Aditya, a civil engineer of 2017 batch of National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, was arrested in Hazaribagh.
