 राज्य कर्मचारी संयुक्त परिषद ने पुरानी पेंशन लागू करने के लिए फिर आंदोलन की घोषणा की है। परिषद के अध्यक्ष हरि किशोर तिवारी ने कहा कि सरकार के आदेशों की अवहेलना से प्रदेश के करीब 1.50 लाख कार्मिकों को पुरानी पेंशन का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। वे बृहस्पतिवार को लंबित विभिन्न समस्याओं को लेकर प्रेसवार्ता में बोल रहे थे।

उन्होंने 15 दिन में समस्याओं के निस्तारण की मांग की। कहा, सरकार ने पुरानी पेंशन के लिए कई आदेश किए, लेकिन इसका पालन न होने से वर्कचार्ज कार्मिक, ट्यूबवेल ऑपरेटर व अन्य संवर्गों के कार्मिकों का इसका लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है। परिषद कैशलेस चिकित्सा नियमावली, सफाई कार्मिक सहित अन्य संवर्गों की लंबित सेवा नियमावली, पदोन्नति और विभागीय स्तर पर कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए अपर मुख्य सचिव, प्रमुख सचिव व विभागाध्यक्ष स्तर पर हर माह बैठक के लिए मुख्य सचिव से मिलेगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि 15 दिनों में राज्य स्तर पर समस्याओं के निराकरण न होने पर प्रदेश स्तर पर आंदोलन की घोषणा की जाएगी। प्रदेश के कई विभागों में कार्यरत लगभग 1.50 लाख कार्मिकों को अफसरों की लापरवाही से 30 जून 1998 तक नियुक्त वर्कचार्ज, डेलीवेज, अंशकालिक कार्मिकों को नियमित नहीं किया जा सका।

The State Employees Joint Council has again announced a movement to implement the old pension. Council President Hari Kishor Tiwari said that due to disregard of the government's orders, about 1.50 lakh personnel of the state are not getting the benefit of old pension. He was speaking in a press conference on Thursday regarding various pending problems.

He demanded the resolution of problems within 15 days. He said, the government issued several orders for old pension, but due to non-compliance, the work charge personnel, tubewell operators and personnel of other cadres are not getting its benefits. The council will meet the Chief Secretary for a meeting every month at the level of Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary and Head of Department to resolve the problems of employees at the departmental level, including cashless medical rules, pending service rules of other cadres including cleaning personnel, promotion and departmental level.

He said that if the problems are not resolved at the state level within 15 days, a movement will be announced at the state level. Due to the negligence of the officers, about 1.50 lakh personnel working in various departments of the state, including work charge, daily wages, part time personnel appointed till 30 June 1998, could not be regularized.
