Paper Leak News :: विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओ को आउट कराने का मास्टरमाइंड राजीव नयन की जमानत हुई मंजूर , लेकिन नहीं आ सकेगा कोर्ट से बाहर , पढ़े पूरी खबर
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने आरओ- एआरओ भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर लीक करने के मास्टरमाइंड राजीव नयन मिश्र की जमानत अर्जी मंजूर कर ली है। राजीव नयन पर प्रयागराज के सिविल लाइंस थाने और कौशाम्बी में मुकदमा दर्ज है। हालांकि इसी मामले में कौशाम्बी पुलिस की ओर से गैंगस्टर की कार्रवाई किए जाने के कारण राजीव नयन फिलहाल जेल से बाहर नहीं आ सकेगा। उसकी जमानत अर्जी पर न्यायमूर्ति संजय कुमार पचौरी ने यह आदेश दिया है।
11 फरवरी को आयोजित आरओ- एआरओ परीक्षा का पेपर लीक होने के मामले में लोक सेवा आयोग के सचिव ने दो मार्च को प्रयागराज के सिविल लाइंस थाने में अशोक कुमार व अन्य अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। विवेचना के दौरान पता चला कि पूरे मामले का मास्टरमाइंड राजीव नयन मिश्र है। वह उप्र पुलिस कांस्टेबल भर्ती परीक्षा के पेपर लीक में भी आरोपी है। उसके खिलाफ मेरठ,
नोएडा आदि जिले में भी मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। इन्हीं मुकदमों के आधार पर हाल ही में कौशाम्बी पुलिस ने राजीव नयन सहित 23 आरोपियों पर गैंगस्टर के तहत कार्रवाई की है। फिलहाल पेपर लीक मामले में जमानत मिल जाने के बाद भी गैंगस्टर में निरोध होने के कारण अभी वह जेल से बाहर नहीं आ सकेगा।
कौशाम्बी में गैंग का एक और सदस्य गिरफ्तार
मंझनपुर। प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं का प्रश्न पत्र आउट कराने वाले गिरोह के सरगना राजीव नयन मिश्र सहित 23 आरोपियों पर कौशाम्बी की मंझनपुर कोतवाली पुलिस ने मंगलवार को गैंगस्टर एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की थी। बुधवार की सुबह करारी पुलिस ने गिरोह के एक सदस्य को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। जांच के दौरान गैंग के सरगना राजीव नयन सिंह सहित 20 अन्य के नाम प्रकाश में आए सरगना समेत 19 सदस्य एसटीएफ के हत्थे चढ़ चुके हैं। चार की तलाश जारी है। मंगलवार को गैंगस्टर की कार्रवाई के बाद करारी पुलिस ने फरारी काट रहे गैंग के सदस्य रोशन सिंह पटेल पुत्र राम नरेश निवासी शंकर बाजार कर्वी चित्रकूट हाल पता झलवा प्रयागराज को गिरफ्तार सलाखों के पीछे भेज दिया है।

Allahabad High Court has accepted the bail plea of Rajiv Nayan Mishra, the mastermind of leaking the paper of RO-ARO recruitment exam. A case is registered against Rajiv Nayan in Civil Lines police station of Prayagraj and Kaushambi. However, Rajiv Nayan will not be able to come out of jail at present due to gangster action taken by Kaushambi police in the same case. Justice Sanjay Kumar Pachauri has given this order on his bail plea.
In the case of paper leak of RO-ARO exam held on 11 February, the Secretary of Public Service Commission had registered a case against Ashok Kumar and other unknown people in Civil Lines police station of Prayagraj on March 2. During investigation it was found that the mastermind of the whole case is Rajiv Nayan Mishra. He is also accused in the paper leak of UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam. Cases are also registered against him in Meerut, Noida etc. districts. On the basis of these cases, recently Kaushambi police has taken action under gangster against 23 accused including Rajiv Nayan. At present, even after getting bail in the paper leak case, he will not be able to come out of jail due to gangster detention.
Another gang member arrested in Kaushambi
Manjhanpur. On Tuesday, the Manjhanpur Kotwali police of Kaushambi took action under the Gangster Act against 23 accused including Rajiv Nayan Mishra, the kingpin of the gang that leaked the question paper of competitive exams. On Wednesday morning, the Karari police arrested one member of the gang and sent him to jail. During the investigation, the names of the kingpin of the gang Rajiv Nayan Singh and 20 others came to light. 19 members including the kingpin have been arrested by the STF. The search for four is on. After the gangster action on Tuesday, the Karari police arrested absconding gang member Roshan Singh Patel son of Ram Naresh resident of Shankar Bazar Karvi Chitrakoot present address Jhalwa Prayagraj and sent him behind bars.
