PGT ENGLISH 2013 :: माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड द्वारा जारी संशोधित उत्तर कुंजी कोर्ट ने की निरस्त , पढ़े पूरी खबर
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड की ओर से प्रवक्ता अंग्रेजी-2013 के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए कराई गई परीक्षा की जारी संशोधित उत्तर कुंजी को रद्द कर दिया है।
कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया कि उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का पुनर्मूल्यांकन किया जाए। यदि याचिकाकर्ता योग्यता सूची में आता है, तो उसकी नियुक्ति की जाए। पुनर्मूल्यांकन के बाद जो उम्मीदवार ग्रेड नहीं बनाते हैं, उन्हें सेवा से बाहर नहीं किया जाएगा। कोर्ट ने कहा कि तीन माह के भीतर यूपी माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग और यूपी माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड आवश्यक कार्रवाई करे। न्यायमूर्ति सुभाष विद्यार्थी ने अजय कुमार शुक्ला की याचिका पर यह आदेश दिया।
याची अजय कुमार शुक्ला ने माध्यमिक शिक्षा चयन सेवा बोर्ड की अंग्रेजी प्रवक्ता- 2013 भर्ती में आवेदन किया था। 22 फरवरी 2015 को आयोजित लिखित परीक्षा में याची ने भाग लिया था। परीक्षा के बाद बोर्ड की ओर से जारी उत्तर कुंजी के खिलाफ कुछ आपत्तियां दर्ज की गई। इसके बाद चयन बोर्ड ने 20 मई 2015 को एक संशोधित उत्तर कुंजी प्रकाशित की।
मामला हाईकोर्ट पहुंचने के बाद चयन बोर्ड ने 20 अप्रैल 2016 को दूसरी संशोधित उत्तर कुंजी प्रकाशित की। संशोधित उत्तर कुंजी से याची पर गंभीर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ा। इसके विरोध में उसने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर गुहार लगाई। याची की ओर से दलील दी गई कि चयन बोर्ड ने यांत्रिक तरीके से कुछ उम्मीदवारों की आपत्तियों पर गलत तरीके से संशोधित उत्तर कुंजी प्रकाशित कर दी है।
अनंतिम उत्तर कुंजी में दिए गए प्रश्न संख्या 36, 59, 81 और 107 के उत्तर सही थे। चयन बोर्ड ने उत्तर कुंजी को संशोधित करते समय उन्हें गलत तरीके से बदल दिया है। प्रश्न संख्या 1, 23, 28, 30, 36, 46, 48, 67 और 117 के सही उत्तर प्रश्न पत्र में थे, इसके बाद भी इन्हें एफ के रूप में चिह्नित किया और इन प्रश्नों के लिए सभी अभ्यर्थियों को पूर्ण अंक दिए गए।

Allahabad High Court has cancelled the revised answer key issued by the Secondary Education Service Selection Board for the recruitment of Lecturer English-2013.
The court ordered that the answer sheets be re-evaluated. If the petitioner comes in the merit list, he should be appointed.
Candidates who do not make the grade after re-evaluation will not be removed from service. The court said that the UP Secondary Education Department and UP Secondary Education Service Selection Board should take necessary action within three months. Justice Subhash Vidyarthi gave this order on the petition of Ajay Kumar Shukla.
Petitioner Ajay Kumar Shukla had applied for the recruitment of English Lecturer-2013 of Secondary Education Selection Service Board. The petitioner participated in the written examination held on 22 February 2015. After the examination, some objections were lodged against the answer key issued by the board. After this, the selection board published a revised answer key on 20 May 2015.
After the matter reached the High Court, the selection board published the second revised answer key on 20 April 2016. The revised answer key had a serious adverse effect on the petitioner. In protest against this, he filed a petition in the High Court. It was argued on behalf of the petitioner that the selection board has wrongly published the revised answer key on the objections of some candidates in a mechanical manner.
The answers to questions number 36, 59, 81 and 107 given in the provisional answer key were correct. The selection board has wrongly changed them while revising the answer key. The correct answers to questions number 1, 23, 28, 30, 36, 46, 48, 67 and 117 were in the question paper, yet they were marked as F and all the candidates were given full marks for these questions.
