उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा चयन आयोग के नवनियुक्त सचिव मनोज कुमार ने कार्यभार संभालते ही कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों को हिदायत दी कि भर्तियों को लेकर पारदर्शिता और काम से कोई समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। अगर किसी को दिक्कत है तो वह आयोग छोड़कर जा सकता है।
सचिव के पद पर नियुक्ति से पहले बदायूं के डीएम रहे मनोज कुमार ने बुधवार को बैठक में उच्चतर शिक्षा सेवा आयोग और माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड की परीक्षाओं से जुड़े लंबित मुकदमों के बारे में भी जानकारी ली। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि भर्तियों के आयोजन को लेकर शासन स्तर पर जो औपचारिकताएं पूरी होनी है, उसके लिए वह व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर पैरवी करेंगे। कर्मचारी और अफसर मन लगाकर काम करें।
उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग में जितने पद खाली हैं, उन सभी पदों पर भर्ती प्राथमिकता के आधार पर की जाएगी और आयोग को समय से अधियाचन मिल सके, इसके लिए संबंधित विभागों से बात की बिंदुओं की भी समीक्षा की। वह जाएगी। सचिव ने वित्त से जुड़े अशोक नगर स्थित उच्चतर शिक्षा सेवा आयोग के कार्यालय पहुंचे और वहां भर्तियों से संबंधित फाइलें देखीं।
सचिव ने आयोग के सदस्यों से भी मुलाकात की और भर्तियां समय से पूरी किए जाने को लेकर चर्चा की। कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों ने नवनियुक्त सचिव का स्वागत किया। इस मौके पर आयोग के उप सचिव शिवजी मालवीय, नवल किशोर आदि मौजूद रहे।
