प्रदेश में परिषदीय विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों का डिजिटल अटेंडेंस लगाने संबंधित निर्णय अगले आदेश तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया है। यह निर्णय मंगलवार को मुख्य सचिव मनोज कुमार सिंह के साथ हुई शिक्षक संगठनों की बीतचीत के बाद लिया गया है। वहीं,शिक्षकों की समस्याओं व सुझावों को सुनने व समाधान के लिए एक विशेषज्ञ समिति भी गठित की जाएगी। जो सभी आयामों पर विचार कर इसमें सुधार के लिए अपने सुझाव देगी।

बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा पिछले दिनों यह आदेश जारी किया गया कि आठ जुलाई से परिषदीय विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों की डिजिटल अटेंडेंस लगेगी। इसके साथ ही स्कूलों के एक दर्जन रजिस्टर भी डिजिटल अपडेट होंगे। शिक्षकों ने इस निर्णय का विरोध किया और आठ जुलाई से पूरे प्रदेश में धरना-प्रदर्शन, विरोध शुरू कर दिया। सोमवार को भी शिक्षकों ने पूरे प्रदेश में जिला मुख्यालय व बीएसए कार्यालय पर प्रदर्शन कर मुख्यमंत्री को संबोधित ज्ञापन दिया था।

दूसरी तरफ महानिदेशक स्कूल शिक्षा से वार्ता स्थगित होने के बाद मंगलवार को मुख्य सचिव मनोज कुमार सिंह ने शिक्षक संगठनों को वार्ता के लिए लोक भवन में बुलाया। इसमें उत्तर प्रदेशीय प्राथमिक शिक्षक संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ. दिनेश चंद्र शर्मा, उत्तर प्रदेश महिला शिक्षक संघ की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सुलोचना मौर्य, उत्तर प्रदेशीय जूनियर हाईस्कूल (पूर्व माध्यमिक) शिक्षक संघ के प्रांतीय अध्यक्ष अपूर्व दीक्षित आदि शामिल हुए। वार्ता में शिक्षकों ने व्यवहारिक दिक्कतों के साथ 31 ईएल, हाफडे, मेडिकल सुविधा, पांच दिन लेट लाने पर अनुपस्थित न माने जाने, शिक्षक से डाटा इंट्री का काम न लेने, विभागीय कार्यालयों में डिजिटल अटेंडेंस लागू करने की मांग उठाई।

The decision to impose digital attendance of teachers of council schools in the state has been postponed till further orders. This decision has been taken after the talks of teacher organizations with Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh on Tuesday. At the same time, an expert committee will also be formed to listen to and resolve the problems and suggestions of teachers. Which will consider all the dimensions and give its suggestions for improvement.

Recently, the Basic Education Department issued an order that digital attendance of teachers of council schools will be imposed from July 8. Along with this, a dozen registers of schools will also be updated digitally. Teachers opposed this decision and started dharna-demonstration, protest across the state from July 8. On Monday also, teachers demonstrated at the district headquarters and BSA offices across the state and gave a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister.

On the other hand, after the talks with the Director General of School Education were postponed, Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh called the teacher organizations to Lok Bhavan for talks on Tuesday. Uttar Pradesh Primary Teachers Association's state president Dr. Dinesh Chandra Sharma, Uttar Pradesh Women Teachers Association's state president Sulochana Maurya, Uttar Pradesh Junior High School (Pre-Secondary) Teachers Association's provincial president Apoorv Dixit etc. participated in it. In the talks, along with practical problems, teachers raised the demand of 31 EL, half day, medical facility, not considering absent if the teacher comes five days late, not taking data entry work from the teacher, implementing digital attendance in departmental offices.
