UP EXAM LEAK NEWS :: प्रदेश सरकार की विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओ में सेंधमारी करने वाले गिरोह पर पुलिस ने लगाया गैंगस्टर , आरोपी कई परीक्षाओ में कर चुके है फर्जीवाड़ा , पढ़े पूरी खबर
प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं का प्रश्न पत्र आउट कराने वाले गिरोह के सरगना राजीव नयन मिश्र सहित 23 आरोपियों पर कौशाम्बी की मंझनपुर कोतवाली पुलिस ने गैंगस्टर एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की है। इन सभी के खिलाफ जिले के मंझनपुर, कोखराज और प्रयागराज के सिविल लाइंस थाने में मुकदमे दर्ज हैं।
लोक सेवा आयोग ने 11 फरवरी 2024 को आरओ/एआरओ की परीक्षा का आयोजन किया था। गिरोह के सदस्यों ने परीक्षा तिथि से पहले ही पर्चा आउट कराकर परीक्षार्थियों से मोटी रकम वसूल की थी। मामले का खुलासा होने पर एसटीएफ ने गैंग के तीन सदस्यों आयुष पांडेय, पुनीत सिंह और नवीन सिंह को मंझनपुर क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार किया था। मंझनपुर कोतवाली में इनके खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ। जांच के दौरान गैंग के सरगना राजीव नयन मिश्र सहित 20 अन्य के नाम प्रकाश में आए। सरगना समेत 19 सदस्य एसटीएफ के हत्थे चढ़ चुके हैं। चार की तलाश जारी है। इसी परीक्षा का पेपर लीक कराने से संबंधित एक एफआईआर उसी दौरान प्रयागराज के सिविल लाइंस थाने में भी दर्ज हुई थी। मंझनपुर पुलिस गैंग के सभी सदस्यों के खिलाफ आरोप पत्र दाखिल कर चुकी है। अब गिरोह के सरगना सहित सभी 23 सदस्यों पर गैंगस्टर एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है। एसपी बृजेश कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि इसी गिरोह ने वर्ष 2021 में आयोजित शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा का प्रश्न पत्र भी आउट किया था । यह परीक्षा जनपद के कई केंद्रों पर हुई थी। मामले में कोखराज पुलिस ने केस दर्ज किया था।
कौशाम्बी जेल में बंद हैं पांच आरोपी
मंझनपुर कोतवाल संतोष शर्मा ने बताया कि पेपर लीक गैंग के चार सदस्य अभी फरार चल रहे हैं। उनकी तलाश में संभावित ठिकानों पर दबिश दी जा रही है। आरोपी अर्पित दिलीप यशवंत, अमित सिंह, डॉ. शरद, कमलेश कुमार और अभिषेक शुक्ला कौशाम्बी की जेल में हैं। सरगना राजीव नयन मेरठ जेल में निरुद्ध है। उसे एसटीएफ ने पकड़ा था। बाकी 13 सदस्य प्रयागराज और मेरठ की जेल में बंद हैं।
प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं का प्रश्न पत्र लीक कराने वाले गिरोह के सरगना सहित सभी सदस्यों पर गैंगस्टर की कार्रवाई की गई है। इनकी संपत्ति का ब्योरा जुटाया जा रहा है। जल्द ही संपत्ति कुर्क की जाएगी। फरार आरोपियों की तलाश में संभावित ठिकानों पर दबिश दी जा रही है।

Kaushambi's Manjhanpur Kotwali police has taken action under the Gangster Act against 23 accused including Rajiv Nayan Mishra, the kingpin of the gang who leaked the question paper of competitive examinations. Cases have been registered against all of them in Manjhanpur, Kokhraj and Civil Lines police stations of Prayagraj.
The Public Service Commission had conducted the RO/ARO examination on 11 February 2024. The gang members had collected huge amount from the candidates by leaking the paper before the exam date. When the matter was revealed, the STF arrested three members of the gang, Ayush Pandey, Puneet Singh and Naveen Singh from Manjhanpur area. A case was registered against them in Manjhanpur Kotwali. During the investigation, the names of 20 others including the kingpin of the gang, Rajiv Nayan Mishra, came to light. 19 members including the kingpin have been arrested by the STF. The search for four is on. An FIR related to the leaking of the paper of the same examination was also registered in the Civil Lines police station of Prayagraj during the same time. Manjhanpur police has filed a chargesheet against all the members of the gang. Now action has been taken against all 23 members including the kingpin of the gang under the Gangster Act. SP Brijesh Kumar Srivastava said that this gang had also leaked the question paper of the Teacher Eligibility Test held in the year 2021. This exam was held at many centers in the district. Kokhraaj police had registered a case in the matter.
Five accused are lodged in Kaushambi jail
Manjhanpur Kotwal Santosh Sharma said that four members of the paper leak gang are still absconding. Raids are being conducted at possible hideouts in search of them. Accused Arpit Dilip Yashwant, Amit Singh, Dr. Sharad, Kamlesh Kumar and Abhishek Shukla are in Kaushambi jail. Kingpin Rajiv Nayan is lodged in Meerut jail. He was caught by the STF. The remaining 13 members are lodged in Prayagraj and Meerut jails.
Gangster action has been taken against all the members including the kingpin of the gang that leaked the question paper of competitive examinations. Details of their property are being collected. Soon the property will be confiscated. Raids are being conducted at possible hideouts in search of the absconding accused.
